Brick Lane

This project involved the Refurbishment of 120 Parade Quay, Waterford, previously known as “The Tack Room”. The building fronts onto the River Suir in Waterford city and occupies an important corner site at the corner of Greyfriars and Parade Quay. The scope of works involved the refurbishment of the interior and exterior of the building and the demolition of a later rear extension to the building and the construction of a new three storey extension to the rear to provide access to its upper levels.

The work was completed in 2013 and the building now houses the Failte Ireland offices at ground floor level and the Viking Triangle Trust and Fumbally Exchange co working hub on the first and second floor
